Noticing that others appreciated the designs Mazui Foundation started printing more to give away, leading eventually to the idea of selling them. As the heated political environment of the new millenium had effects on the lives it, too, inspired its designs to encompass more social weight.

While Mazui Foundation formerly knew very little about where the clothes on the backs really came from, it was time to find out. After a little research, Mazui Foundation realized that being sweatshop free needed to be at the core of the business model. Mazui Foundation is representative of the working class and its products must carry the statement of a fair wage.
